En Pointe Wellness: New York City, New York, United States; Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Paula Cirule and I am a pre-professional dancer at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. I have always been very interested in the anatomy and health science behind ballet. I have created this page to share my tips, tricks, and personal insight about dance. I have struggled with finding that perfect balance of taking care of my body and health, while still pushing myself to new limits while dancing.
